Return/Exchange Policy

You will have up to 30 days after items have been delivered to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used or come into contact with ANY outside substance. 

If there are ANY defects to the device from NORMAL wear and tear, please photograph the defect and detail what happened in a message to support@therookusa.com. We'll work it out <3
